Located within the 5-star Lilianfels Resort & Spa property just 200m from the world-famous Three Sisters rock formation at Echo Point, the multi award-winning restaurant offers the freshest most innovative contemporary Australian cuisine showcasing fresh seasonal produce sourced within a 100 mile radius wherever possible and served as a la carte or degustation menus. With views across the formal English-style heritage gardens and the Jamison Valley escarpment in the background, the main dining room of Darley’s Restaurant seats up to 50 people and features two open ornate fireplaces, spectacular leadlight windows, crystal chandeliers, luxurious designer wall prints, evocative artworks and plush furnishings that exude style and grace. Group bookings are welcome, with a dedicated upstairs space and small private rooms available. The former home of the sixth Chief Justice of NSW, Sir Frederick Darley, sparkles with newly revived old world charm accentuated by a spectacular setting and unrivalled destination - the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Darley’s Restaurant provides a seasonal degustation menu (5 courses $135pp or 7 courses $165pp) and is open from 6pm to 10.30pm Tuesday to Saturday and from 6pm to 10pm Sundays (long weekends only).
