Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Old Shed Distillery brings new life to a heritage-listed building with a rich local history. For almost a century, the Old Shed has served the community as a sawmill, apple sorting facility and honey extraction site before becoming a boutique distillery. Drawing on five generations of hard work and connection to the region, the distillery sources local apples, blueberries and native botanicals, combining traditional values with state-of-the-art equipment to create exceptional small-batch spirits.
