Overview
Our original Katoomba brewery and brewpub is just a two-minute walk from Katoomba Station. Come inside to see the extensive renovation of a heritage-listed building, taste more than 14 beers on tap and maybe even watch the sunset while enjoying a burger on our dog-friendly back porch.
Description
Besides our award-winning beer, we also serve a few different wines by the glass, non-alcoholic options (think soft drinks, locally made kombucha, juice and ginger beer), gluten-free beer, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cider. We do not take bookings but have plenty of room and look forward to seeing you.
We hold ourselves accountable to a standard that means constantly pushing the limit and pushing ourselves to figure out how we can brew better beer. Every batch. Because let’s face it, life is short. We have no time for beers that don’t blow our hair back, nor should you.
