Following a sold-out inaugural event, Natalie Grace returns to Leura with a special evening sound bath combining live music, meditation and soothing sound.

Held in the beautiful yoga space at Cultivate Health, located at Blue Mountains Sauna, this cosy evening session combines singing bowls, therapeutic vocals, gentle percussion and guided meditation to create a deeply relaxing experience before bedtime.

Guests are invited to lie comfortably on a yoga mat while being immersed in layers of live acoustic sound. This is an opportunity to slow down, relax and gently transition from the day into the evening. Both newcomers and experienced participants are warmly welcome.

Natalie is a local sound therapist and meditation facilitator with a background in music. She has many years of experience creating safe, welcoming spaces for relaxation and wellbeing.

Yoga mats and small cushions are provided. Guests are encouraged to wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring an extra pillow, blanket and water bottle.
