This retreat is an opportunity to seek out stillness (and silence) and learn some beautiful meditation and mindfulness tools. It's a totally different experience from their Inner Joy program. And you'll explore silence and meditation with your quiet introspection.

You'll be guided through meditations, talk about what meditation can actually be (it's not just about being seated and drawing within!) including walking meditation, mindfulness activities and through yoga and nature connection.
