Blue Mountains Tracks & Retreats has put together two soul nourishing activities, yoga and walking in the bush, and mixed in a third stupendous element: the beautiful and iconic Blue Mountains.


Hectic schedules, lack of time for oneself and demanding work can leave many people with a great need to get away. Others feel the need to make fresh connections with themselves or with like-minded people in an accepting and joyful space. We are lifelong Blue Mountains locals, and we aim to bring a sense of restoration and vitality through our retreats. You don’t have to be a yoga expert, or experienced bushwalker to enjoy our retreats. We hope our retreats will both challenge and affirm your abilities. Our retreats allow you to see the Blue Mountains not from a lookout but up close and personal, walking along forest floors, under ancient rock overhangs and over valley streams. Our yoga sessions are for your body and your mind. And our accommodation and meals will leave you feeling that you’ve been on a proper holiday, staying at four star hotels, resorts or boutique country homes. Our retreats run on set dates, include two nights accommodation, two cooked breakfasts, two a la carte dinners, a picnic lunch, five yoga sessions, two guided bushwalks plus an optional night walk, Scenic Railway ride, Devonshire Tea, welcome pack, plus optional activities.
