Kyah’s restaurant and bar, Blaq, welcomes visitors, locals and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner or even a cocktail on the terrace. Blaq has a hyperlocal, seasonal menu that puts local, deliciously fresh produce in the spotlight. The architecturally-designed interior boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, crackling fireplaces, and plush, cosy nooks.

Description

Blaq’s menu is designed by Executive Chef Mate Herceg and has small plates for grazing, mains - like five-hour pork shoulder ragu and Rangers Valley bistecca - and innovative breakfasts. The wine list is stacked with NSW wines; classic, cult, fun and modern - curated by award-winning sommelier Andres Aragon.
