Karu Distillery
Overview
At the base of the Blue Mountains NSW overlooking the mouth of the Devils Wilderness you will find Karu Distillery.
Launched in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally, the focus has always been to create quality spirits that highlight the science and art of the distillation process.
Description
Karu is one of Australia’s highest awarded distilleries consistently pulling in high calibre awards on a global level including Worlds best infused Vodka and an IWSC trophy for their Lightning Gin. Leading the distillery is Ally Ayres who in 2022 was shortlisted for top 5 people in emerging talent in the spirits industry at the International World Spirits Competition.
Karu's products can be found at all good bottle stores and bars in the mountains.
