Tijuana Cartel fuse hypnotic electronica with flamenco guitar, Middle Eastern grooves, and bold trumpet lines – crafting a genre-defying sound that's unmistakably their own.
Based in the Byron Bay region, the band is driven by guitarist Paul George and producer/keyboardist Carey O'Sullivan, with percussionist Sheila Finke and Trumpet player Tristan Rogers.

Drawing from a diverse range of genre influences – from melodic tech and organic house to punchy midtempo and broken beat – their sound incorporates bass, layered soundscapes, rolling percussion, live horn, and, of course, that guitar.
