The activities includ e specialized forage tours for wild mushrooms\, secluded forest lunches\, wine trails and workshops with experts recounting their skills and know-ho w on foraging in the forest and the history behind foraging and the forest s themselves. There will also be some information on the other fungi\, the elusive and highly sought-after truffle delivered by one of the long-stan ding local growers.This event has a finale with a 'Producers Table Dinner' at the Malachai Hall\, where a meal produced from local products is show cased and the growers themselves take you on a journey of discovery on wha t goes into producing these regional delicacies.
