There will also be some information on the other fungi\, the elusive and highly sought-after truffle delivered by one of the long-stan ding local growers.This event has a finale with a 'Producers Table Dinner' at the Malachai Hall\, where a meal produced from local products is show cased and the growers themselves take you on a journey of discovery on wha t goes into producing these regional delicacies.
