Jazz lovers are invited to swing into Jenolan, the world’s oldest caves, to enjoy George Washingmachine performing in the Devil’s Coach House Cave.
Let the dreamy jazz of George Washingmachine wash away the dust of everyday life. His knuckle-busting feats on the violin, plus seductive vocals, have made him one of Sydney’s most sought after entertainers.
The twilight concert venue, the Devil’s Coach House, is a massive natural archway, 57 metres high. It takes its name from the legendary experience of a 19th century camper who claimed he saw the devil charge through, aboard a horse-drawn coach.
Concertgoers should bring folding chair or cushion, to thoroughly enjoy live jazz amongst the boulders in one of Australia’s most unusual concert venues, in the world’s oldest caves.
George will also run a jazz workshop and evening jam session at Caves House.
