Ashcrofts
Fast becoming one of the finest dining experiences you can have in the upper Blue Mountains. Ashcrofts features in many of the country's highly acclaimed food and wine magazines, including the Gourmet Traveller 2004 Top 500 and the 2004 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. Fresh, sharp, clean flavours such as seared northern saucer scallops with Vietnamese mint and pickled ginger tea are offered along side the more substantial dishes of slow roasted corn fed duck with spiced rum plums.

Darley's Restaurant
Steeped in history, Darley's Restaurant is the original homestead of Sir Frederick Darley, the sixth Chief Justice of NSW. Seating 80 guests in total. Select from a two course menu at Darley's for $75 or indulge in a three course dinner priced at $90 per person to experience the full spectrum of delicate flavours. The restaurant is open five nights a week from 6.30pm onwards (Tuesday – Saturday) and is also open for leisurely Sunday lunches. Executive Chef Hugh Whitehouse has been awarded two stars by the Australian Gourmet Traveller in November 2005 and a Chef's Hat from the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for 2006.

Echoes Restaurant

The Apple Bar
The Apple Bar is an 1 ½ from Sydney along the Bells Line Road. The Restaurant is an converted country cottage, with slick styling completed by rustic touches such as a fireplace, corrugated iron bar front and a veranda. The former Sydney chef and liquor entrepreneur Michael Jaggard combines mouth-watering woodfired pizzas and his line of liqueurs made from native Australian plants. The menu is packed full of local produce, including wood-roasted meats to add variety to the pizza-dominated menu and opportunities to try one of their daily specials on offer.

The Hillcrest Coachman
The Hillcrest Coachmam is situated at the very entrance to Leura. Set in superb gardens overlooking Leura, Baroness Christine Pirquet von Cesenatico and her husband, Wolfgang Moeller, have restored one of the Blue Mountains' most beautiful historic estates to its original splendour. The Restaurant offers French cuisine to 110 guests in its historic rooms and up to 40 guests on the verandah overlooking the spectacular gardens.

The Rooster

Seven Licenced Restaurant

Solitary
Situated on the scenic drive between Leura and Katoomba, with stunning views over the Jamison Valley and Mt Solitary. Solitary was recentl named one of the top 5 eating destinations in Australia by Lonely Planet. The cuisine is based on contemporary Australian interpretations of the cuisines of France and Italy, where chef and co-proprietor John Cross has lived and worked.
