Constitution
As a non profit public company limited by guarantee, BMTL membership structure and operations are governed by a Constitution.
The Constitution directs that BMTL's activities are overseen and controlled by a Board of elected Directors made up of a representative from each membership sector, and a representative from each of the three contributing councils, Tourism NSW and the National Parks & Wildlife Service.
Changes in the Constitution must be presented to an Extraordinary General Meeting of the membership, and be passed by the majority of those present.
