Blue Mountains offers four fully accredited Visitor Information Centres which are part of the NSW Visitor Information Network. These centres offer:
- Free assistance from trained staff with extensive knowledge of the region
- Free accommodation, tours and attractions Booking Service
- Bushwalking guides, maps and books
- Free loan of Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) for bushwalkers
- Extensive retail outlets featuring exclusive Blue Mountains souvenirs, postcards and gifts
